What in the World is the Truth about Fats?

For decades, we have been told by experts that a high-fat, high-cholesterol diet is bad for health.

Now, one huge study which cost to the tune of a hefty US$415 million just came up with the conclusion that a low-fat diet really isn't of any good. It doesn't help reduce heart disease and cancer, so the researchers say.

So, does it mean that we can binge on fatty foods now? Does the above study implicate that after all these years of calorie-watching and fat-avoidance, for some people, that they can go back to consuming fat-laden stuffs like cakes, ice-creams and the likes?

The New York Times quoted Dr. David A. Freedman, a statistician in the University of Berkeley who had nothing to do with the study, as saying, "We, in the scientific community, often give strong advice based on flimsy evidence...That's why we have to do experiments."

Often experiments are simply not enough. Many experiments have been proven misleading in the past. We must have enlightened experiments.

How truly confusing is the whole issue about fats even in this space age! What is the real truth then?

To gain further insight into the truth, I strongly suggest that you read my book, "The Amazing Heart: A Revolutionary View that could SAVE and LENGTHEN Your LIFE!" which propounds on the root cause(s) of ill-health and disease (etiology / aetiology).
